An individual with a background in Social Work, who has transitioned into entrepreneurship by establishing his own construction firm. Over the course of 12 years, he has dedicated himself to working closely with Interstate Migrant Workers (ISMWs), gaining valuable experience in understanding their unique challenges. In 2019, driven by a deep commitment to making a positive impact, he took a significant step by founding an NGO. This organization is focused on implementing structured interventions to address the multifaceted issues that confront Interstate Migrant Workers, thereby contributing to a more equitable and supportive environment for this marginalized community.

Mohammad Intesar Alam

Mohammad Intesar Alam holds a master’s degree in social work (MSW) and brings valuable experience as a dedicated social worker and healthcare researcher. With a strong commitment to community well-being, Alam's role significantly enhances Project Prarambh’s impact. Having engaged in diverse social initiatives, Alam's proficiency as a social worker underscores their understanding of community dynamics and needs. This practical experience complements their role in advocating for marginalized populations and driving positive change. Furthermore, Alam's healthcare research expertise aligns seamlessly with the project's goals.
